Một ngày ở KALA🪴

Sau một ngày học tập và làm việc ở KALA, mình ấn tượng nhất với không gian làm việc rất thi vị và gần gũi với thiên nhiên. Nơi đây không có không khí văn phòng khô khan mà thực sự là một trạm “sạc pin” tâm hồn cho những ai muốn được trở về với những vẻ đẹp đơn sơ, được an yên trong chính “khu vườn” rực rỡ của KALA và của chính mình.

Các gian phòng ở KALA cũng được bày trí một cách có hệ thống, khoa học với hầu hết các cơ sở vật chất phục vụ cho các hoạt động trải nghiệm. Không gian sảnh chờ và bàn tiếp khách mang lại cảm giác thoải mái, thân mật của những buổi tiệc trà trời Âu. Hơn cả là sự chỉ dẫn tận tình, nghiêm túc cùng những chia sẻ không chỉ trong công việc mà còn về cuộc sống nội tâm của Ms. Lan. Cảm ơn chị thật nhiều vì những chia sẻ bổ ích cùng với bộ đồng phục xịn xò giúp cho em có thêm động lực để cống hiến và đồng hành cùng với KALA.

Thời gian đến, em sẽ tiếp tục nghiên cứu, vận dụng kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm, khai thác tiềm năng của bản thân và lên kế hoạch, thực hiện các hoạt động hỗ trợ các chương trình trải nghiệm vì sự phát triển của tâm hồn mỗi người tại KALA.

After a full day of learning and working at KALA, what impressed me most was its poetic workspace, which feels so closely connected to nature. Unlike the dry and somewhat rigid atmosphere often associated with conventional offices, KALA truly feels like a place where people can “recharge their souls”—a peaceful retreat for those who long to reconnect with the simple beauty of life and find a sense of tranquility within the vibrant “garden” of KALA, as well as within themselves.

The rooms at KALA are also thoughtfully and systematically arranged, with well-organized facilities that support a wide range of experiential activities. The reception area and guest seating create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of an elegant European-style afternoon tea gathering. What touched me even more was Ms. Lan’s thoughtful guidance, professionalism, and willingness to share – not only her valuable insights into the work but also her reflections on life and the inner world.

Thank you so much, Ms. Lan, for your meaningful and inspiring sharing, as well as for the wonderful uniform. It has given me even more motivation to contribute, grow, and continue this journey alongside KALA.

Moving forward, I will continue to explore, apply and further develop my skills and experience, while discovering my own potential. I will also plan and carry out activities that can support KALA’s experiential programs, with the hope of contributing to the growth and well-being of each individual’s inner world.
